Sixe-Paredes-Asphalt-1

This interesting wall, coordinated by ASBL and curated by Alice Gallery, was painted by Sixe Paredes as part of the first edition of Asphalte Biennale D’Art Urbain.
Painted near the Palais de Justice at rue Emile Tumelaire, Charleroi and entitled “Naturaleza Viva” the new mural is part of a new series by Sixe Paredes inspired by his ‘animal universe’, synthesizing in this way Charleroi’s nature and cultural landscape through geometric shapes and vibrant colours.
According to the artist, his inspiration came this time from a park full of trees of a bright green where he found a variety of birds, being the mural a way to revindicate animal freedom. beautiful work!
