American artist Dave Kinsey just finished this weekend this wonderful mural curated by The Library street collective in Detroit.
The new mural, painted at the so-called Z  Site,  was painted in occasion of David Kinsey’s upcoming solo exhibition CUSHION of MEMORY at the Library Street Collective gallery on Sept 27th.

As in most of his work, Kinsey constructs multi-layered, textured environments which in this case seems to be a battle between a natural and an urban landscape. Good to see that he keeps with his goal “to expose as many people to art as possible and to honor the power art has when it’s created and accepted”.
