Borondo is now in Rome where he just finished this new mural for MAAM Museo dell’Altro e dell’Altrove di Metropoliz_città meticcia in Rome in collaboration with 999Contemporary gallery and Metropoliz art enforcement
Official pictures by The Blind Eye Factory will be released soon, but I couldn’t resist posting it. The new mural, entitled “Piedad” or “Piety” is a peculiar picture. It shows the image of two women. One of them sitting and holding the other ones head over her lap whilst she is laying on the ground, but unlike in the typical representation of the Pietà, this time our character is not dead, otherwise her legs would be extended along with the rest of the body, instead she seems to rest peacefully.
The mural is part of Borondo’s new exhibition at the MAAM Curated by Giorgio de Finis // Via Prenestina 913, Roma – ITALY.
