“Intruder” is Italian artist Agostino Iacurci’s latest mural in beautiful Nuremberg, Germany.
As mentioned before, his work is characterised by an illustrative stroke, bright tones and flat, colored backgrounds. Helped by a visual vocabulary able to condense stories open to various levels of reading creates Iarcuci figures and characters that seem suspended in time and that makes us rediscover their narrative power and the urban context in which they were created. In this ways it’s kind of funny that he depicts a swimmer coming up from a swimming pool… in the middle of the winter.
