Here a little Christmas present from Spanish Xuan Alyfe who recently published this playful wall on his Flickr.
As in the rest of his work we are confronted with interesting mural installations where geometry and figuration seems to blend in a surrealist depiction of Alyfe’s own interior world. References to Art History are obvious, specially Miró and Kandinsky. His work is playful yet strongly geometric, primitive and at the same time unexpectedly whimsical. The details are many, but always well-connected, making the journey through the painting even more interesting.
