Spanish artist MESA has been in Paris for a while now painting a series of new pieces, one of them presented here. A beautiful and haunting mural painted in collaboration with another Spanish artist, Dafne Tree, in the Belleville neighbourhood.
MESA’s topics are often dark ghostly character that seem to fade away or maybe just emerge from the shadows, often suddenly in an atmosphere suspended in darkness and intense realism. On the other hand we have Dafne Tree whose work ranges from metaphysical and figurative painting to abstraction.
