This funny mural is the work of Herr von Bias aka HRVB member of “The Weird” Art Collective painted a few days ago in Berlin.
As many ‘street artists’ HRVB started with graffiti in the 90s moving towards a more illustrative style in which amuzing situations and original characters are a common sight, just like the mural we see here; “a dog sitting in the opened head of a dude riding an old railway engine + nice chrome extensions + a bit weirdness” – HRVB.
