This interesting urban intervention is the work of Fontface, an Italian artist that has been covering the streets of Italy and around with witty and funny pieces.
According to Fontface he has always been involved in flat graphics, in black and white, in simple concepts directed to everyone, and that’s what I hoped to express with my work.
If you have a look at his work you start realising why the name. Using letters and numbers to give form to his characters, Fontface is able to find beauty in apparently uninteresting things, like trash bins, changing the urban environment and giving them a new meaning.
