Liqen-Sanba-San-Basilio-Italy-1

Liqen is now in Italy where he recently painted this impressive mural for the SanBa Project (Progetto SanBa) in San Basilio.
Entitled “El Renacer” the new mural is a powerful comment and expression of a desire for a better world where a giant rake cleans the earth for every trace of “civilization” and so ready to be cultivated again. Oh, if we only could…
According to the organizers, the aim of the project is to beautify the neighbourhood inviting both Liqen and Agostino Iacurci to paint four walls in the intersection of via Fabriano and via Recanati. Here the first of them.
