Borondo-In-Situ-Art-Festival-Paris-2

Borondo is just one of the many talented artists invited to take part of the recently inaugurated In Situ Art Festival at Le Fort d’Aubervilliers near Paris.
Entitled “Transit” and painted over a rusty wall the new mural seems darker than earlier walls. A dark shadow seems to bend over a naked sleeping man who seems completely unaware of it’s presence.
As in the rest of Borondo’s oeuvre his human figures seem somehow unfinished and provided with a colour palette that adds a certain melancholy and unease to his work, just like this new piece.
