This lovely mural is the work of Gilbert (Mazout) and was painted a few days ago in Paris.
The mural is part of the Emmaus project and features migrants from different countries, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nigeria , Sri Lanka, Guinée, Mauritanie among others.
Gilbert defines himself as a “multidisciplinary visual artist made in France, Benin, Togo, India, Vietnam and the ‘independent democratic republic’ of Bagnolet“. With so many influences behind his work, it’s not so strange that his work is so eclectic, a lovely mix.
