Self-declared “graffiti fetishist, Tilt was one of the artists participating at this years Nuart Festival in Stavanger Norway where he painted this new mural featuring a grenade covered by his characteristic 3D wildstyle lettering.
Always with an emphasis on strong colors and high impact shapes most of his paintings focus on the stylization of his name or other messages, rendered in “throw-up” bubble letters. Like the one we see here.
In addition to this wall, Tilt painted a few throw-up around the city and a wonderful installation for NuArt’s main exhibition at the Beer Halls in the same city.
