Here some new work by Gustavo Fuentes (a.k.a. Flëkz) who creates intricate street pieces out of blue painter’s tape on blank uncommissioned walls in Los Angeles, USA.
Without any sketches or preconceived ideas for the work gives Flëkz form to ephemeral and complex pieces characterized by characterized by sharp geometrical figures filled with zig-zags, parallel lines and overlapping strips of tape that give shape and depth to the composition. Here a few examples:
