Here Augustine Kofie‘s second mural in Paris painted yesterday at rue Oberkampf in Paris as part of the Le M.U.R. mural project and their performance n°175.
Active in the graffiti community since mid-nineties, Kofie’s work reflects a wide range of interests that go from architectural templates to deconstructed lettering, vintage collage paper, contemporary music and 1960’s-70′s iconography. In a constant quest for balance, composes Kofie futuristic compositions in wonderful vintage toned palettes, creating in this way what he calls “organically complex formations through meticulously structured line-work and layering”. This beautiful new mural being an example of that.
