VHILS-Amalia-1Portuguese artist Alexandre Farto aka VHILS was recently invited by Ruben Alves, director of The Golden Cage to create the cover for “Amália, As Vozes do Fado” a new album dedicated to Amalia Rodrigues, a famous Portuguese fadista and actress.
The result is a beautiful street piece made in collaboration with road workers from the Municipality of Lisbon using cobblestone. The piece is located somewhere in the haunting Alfama neighbourhood and will certainly become a turist attraction.
