This wonderful mural is the work of Polish artist Krzysztof Syruć also known as Proembrion and painted at the Centrum Komputerowe ZETO located on 136 Narutowicza st. in Łódź, Poland
‘Hexuberances’ as the mural was titled, is a 11.4 x 5.6m wall painted using acrylic and spray paint and was made possible thanks to the Street Art Tours Lodz organization. The mural is explained by the artist as follows:
‘The mural I painted in Łódź continues my mathematical approach in streetart. It helped me to materialize my Exuberant Color Sequences arranged by the common channels on hexagonal tessellation. There is also the RGB heart, from which all the colors come. I could play with the form a lot because I painted it as always without any sketch.’ – Proembrion
A good example of Proembrion’s abstract imagery characterized by his fascination with “parametric, generative structures, biomorphism and biomimicry.”
