Tellas ‘Under the city’ New mural x Cagliari 2015

After a while in Rome, Tellas is finally back in his hometown Cagliari where he recently finished this new mural for Cagliari 2015 an event that intends to celebrate the city’s status as Capital of Culture 2015.
As usual, Tellas work speaks about his fascination for ethereal and untouched landscapes rendered through a delicate line-work that in this case matches the grading blue-green colour scheme used for the background. His work is minimalistic yet very detailed depicting natural motifs that, abstracted and persistently repeated, evoke a sense of nostalgia and enigmatic beauty.
