Art collective Acidum Project, formed by artists Robézio Marqs and Tereza Dequinta just finished this new mural in their hometown Fortaleza in Brazil.
Titled “Eva” and painted in occasion of their new exhibition “Acidum Project: Assíduo” at Espaço Cultural Correios Fortaleza, the new mural depicts the image of a woman carrying several babies on her back. Her attire is colourful and the design varied, and although the load is heavy, she doesn’t seem to be burdened by it, on the contrary, she looks proud and confident.
Their artistic work focuses on the interaction between given architectural and social structures of the public space and the people living within this space. Vibrant colours, epic creatures and exciting textures are characteristic of their work, also reflected in the exhibition.”Acidum Project: Assíduo” counts with about 40 works in different mediums and was made possible thanks to the support of the Fortaleza’s Post Office cultural center.
