Axel Void is now in Argentina for the inauguration of Mediocre, a new exhibition featuring the work of the Spanish artist and the local master Franco Fasoli also known as JAZ.
Inaugurated last night at the Matienschön space in the Club Cultural Matienzo in Buenos Aires, the new exhibition will be presenting the product of an intense week of work where the two artists submerged themselves into Buenos Aires urban life through articles published in the local media. During the course of seven days, the artists chose two articles daily and translated them into a series of collaborative canvases. I believe this new mural is pretty close to the work presented at the exhibition.
Mediocre, curated by Camille Cousin, will be open Tuesday – Sunday from 18:00 until 20th December.
