001 UpNorth Festival Bodo Norway
David de la Mano from Spain was one of the international artists participating of this year’s UpNorth Festival in Northern Norway.
Titled “Malstrøm” (whirpool) the new mural covers the facade of a public building in Bodø’s city centre and features David de la Mano’s characteristic imagery. A composition where dark silhouettes seem to be drawn into a ‘vortex’ placed at the interior of the building,
in a way similar to Vórtice, an early work from 2013 (featured here).
As usual, David de la Mano brings some refreshing mysticism to the street art scene revealing his very own and poetic vision of the Human condition and our place in society, or elsewhere.
