‘Promethium & Jasminum Officinale’ is Fabio Petani‘s latest mural, painted in occasion of the Urban Art Field event in Chivasso, Italy.
The new mural, as in the rest of his work, express a fine balance between organic forms, geometry and lettering, always adding patches of earth colours into a composition characterised by calm balance and symbolism.
Although the idea his murals follows the same principle, his work is not repetitive. Instead, his increasingly detailed production brings out an ever-changing organic complexity where each chemical element and plant is connected to the environment and context they are created in.
This is exactly what Petani wishes to achieve with this new mural by integrating the composition to the structure of the building and its surface, by painting the wall in an earthy colour-palette and making this connection even more clear for passersby.
Fabio Petani is currently busy planing his next exhibition so stay tuned for more very very soon!
